Our teams introduced CNC machine to customer：
Our Teams shown the new designed mold internal cavity channel . Below is Co-Ex channel to ensure the materials will going even in the channel to get the good Co-Ex profiles . Customer was very interesting in this Co-ex Channel and mirror polish.
Introduced our testing extrusion machine. All molds will be tested well and sent samples to customer for approval before shipment .
Our team had a meeting with customer to discuss technical details for the moulds of PVC UPVC window and door profiles.
Customer is satisfied with our company after the factory tour, as we have the high precision equipments, such as CNC milling machine, slow wire cutting, high precision carving, grinder, electrical sparkle etc, and with the experienced design team.
